MattMk1: How do you restart it? From the Witcher 2 download page on GOG, by adding it to your downloads again?
That's what I did, it's paused and I can't resume it but it does say it has 9602 MB of 9723.

JDR13: And what if you didn't use the GOG.com downloader to download the previous parts? I just used my browser.
Keep an eye on the redownload page where it has the separate parts. Most likely there will be an additional download once the game is released.

If you're using the downloader, right click it in the system tray and click "Quit". Relaunch it and the final download will start. Mine is currently combining files (3:18 AM EDT).

Thanks that helped me out.

EDIT: Now i'm just stuck in the launcher, as i can't create a user cause it says there is a server issue. And i can't create a user on TheWitcher.com cause the "Register" button is all grayed out.
