I found the name of the composers and guitars and vocals but what orchestra did the music, if any?

It's most likely mixed mode music. This means that the majority of the orchestration is done with sample libraries such as those made by East West and ProjectSAM and then some live solo instrument parts (guitar, viloin, woods) are recorded and integrated to give it some soul. I recognize some of the samples as I use some of those libraries for my own compositions.

The Music is still good. But not Great. The compositions are Great, but they sound very synthetic.

In my Opinion, the Music would sound a lot better, if played with an real Orchestra.

Maybe in the next Witcher Game?

I've seen that, but couldn't find any info on that specific song.
Was it released on one of the albums/does it have a name or was it composed for the opening?

So, it is part of the album and called Ой Ти, Петре, Петре.
Guess, I'll have to get that and add it to the soundtrack. :p
