You won't be able to get the bonus game before May 10th, that's when we can actually buy The Witcher 2 and receive the bonus game.

Actually on the pre order page the free bonus game is listed as "content available on release" so maybe it's only on the 17th that we get to download the bonus game.

In any case, definitely not before May 10th.

Thanks for the quick reply. When I follow that link it takes me to my order page and shows that I paid $44, the pre-order price, and gives me the game serial number. Do I need to register the serial number to get access to the bonus game or am I missing something else. I’m sure I just over looked something so thanks for your help.

No, you don't need to register the serial to get the bonus free game.

What you should be seeing is a yellow 'Choose your free game' button below your serial.

If you're not seeing that button try viewing that page with a different web browser.

Thanks again for your help. Unfortunately I still don't see a yellow "choose your free game" button even after trying Firefox, Chrome, and IE. I even tried a second computer just to see but still no button. I also checked my confirmation e-mail, which was identical to the link you posted, but it also did not have a download button. I did pay the pre-order price and still have the pre-order confirmation e-mail so I guess I need to contact GOG support.

Please let me know if you have any more ideas.

I have the same issue. I suspect that the database is not updating with the demand for the game on release day. I'm going to wait a couple of days before contacting support just in case.

I'm having the same issue, pre-order price. But no big yellow button, I sent a message to support but im sure they're inundated with messages right now so Ill give it some time before I get worried.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the preorder key? I choose Gothic2 as free game and got all the other stuff but apparently no preorder key.
