Thwip: Most of the time I have my PC on I have Ventrilo running to talk with friends and family. I discovered today that Ventrilo's push-to-talk mechanism is disabled or overridden by Witcher 2 and doesn't work. (I loaded the Launcer to describe the ugly configurator to a friend.)

Next week when I can finally play Witcher 2 I guess there'll be no RL idle chatter. :(

Anyone know if Team Speak is the same?

Cyjack: I've spoken to my friend on Ventrilo using push to talk while playing TW2 in full screen all week long.

I'd look to your sound card/driver, and not at The Witcher here.

[Edit} have you tried a different PTT key? It may be that the key youve selected is problematic for TW2. I use f12, and it works fine.
