It is a tutorial for mutagens, they give you a mutagen for free but i'd not use it since it is neither a great one nor a madness one.

It may not be critical always, if i remember correctly i got a range mutagen one time.

Then I ran into them in the dwarf's bookstore, and one of them called me an abomination, and the other told me to repent.
