Corylea: After you download it, you have to install it; just downloading does nothing.

Restart the game, open the download window, click on Troll Trouble, and you should get an option to install the content.
You didn't even read my op, did you? It IS installed.

Some people mistake downloading for installing; I thought it better to remind people than not. I was trying to help you, but go ahead, bite my head off. That'll help LOTS! :-)
