I have a site who does not use ads, I like one of the songs of the game that is available in the zip file and I was wondering if it's possible to add this song to my site and with controls make it play when the user want?

I am pretty sure that you are not allowed to do that. However, the best way to find out is to contact CD Projekt Red directly.
