Will the witcher 2 have a toolset ?

For TW1 they've added the modding tools in later patches, since it was not their priority upon release to provide one. But when they got to it, the results were great, and some mods astonishing. Some even made it to the EE as scenarios.

CDP mentioned that there will be modding support. I don't see any tools in my version as of now, bu that doesn't mean they're not coming!

They might need some time to make the set presentable and intelligible to the world. (Maybe provide a few written instructions too.)

That's correct. No plans yet but we would love to release a tool set at some point.
