On Ioverth path,
Go to henselt's side for bussiness
Got the notes from hut in the cliff
but
only 2 notes 2nd and 3rd

Where can i get the 1st?

you'll get the first note when u meet The Visionary and pledges to become a believer. He'll give you a quest.

Do the quest and it'll be near you when you "wake up". You'll know it when you get there.. :)
