Spoiler warning:
I just start act 3. The design of Loc Mui ( you can see that I just start act 3 and dont know a heck, even the city name) is like a puzzle to me. It resembles a big circle with tauting look.
The way into the city: it looks like getting into a big building with 3 doors.
Near Temerin camp, there is an inn, probably so. People just sit there play dice, in a hollow room without house keeper, waiters, chit chat. I know I dont want to play there.
I somehow feel that the guy who design this level got to go home early to for his wife. Please no offense, just try to put it in a humor way.
also: I read the art books: there are 1 page for Loc Mui, there are 5 or more for Flotsam and others. I have a feeling. It resembles Kirwalk in DA 2
Back in act 2: I admire the inn in Flotsam: it is just like an inn with sausage hanging on its ceiling.
