Holy crap! I just set it to 800 X 700 which is tiny compared to my minitor and very low everything as you suggested and the game ran smoothly and finally I got past the Kayran! Thanks this seemed to have actually worked! I can't thank you enough for the help Peetz!

The game didn't bug out on me, so I killed Kayran for you. Just put this save back in the folder and you'll be ready to go. I looted the beast, just in case. I hope CDPR fixes this problem and that you don't get any more annoying bugs in the future!

I don't know what happened. First time through the game, the QTE's were no problem. Now I can't do them. Operator error I guess.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, there have been a number of people that have had issues at this spot, that seemed to be caused by their video settings being too high, even though they didn't seem to suffer FPS slowdowns or other issues that may go with "not having enough horsepower" through other parts of the game.

I guess that this particular QTE is more hardware demanding for some reason because lowering vid settings seems to work for many that have had problems. Hey - long as it works.

I get tired of the game saying, "No Passage..."
