There is another small thread about this that I posted in, but its not spoiler tagged so i really dont want to bump it again, if that is a problem, delete this thread or something.

I just crossed back over the mist to talk to Phillipa and she is supposed to give me the rose that her lover left in her things. She tells me its there and "gives" it to me, but when it goes out of the convo screen all i have gotten is a new silver sword and no rose. its not in my inventory and the quest still says I have 3/4 of the ingredients. I really cant continue this game until I can make that antidote Im sure, so if anyone has any advice, id be eternally grateful.

so yeah, if anyone had this happen to them, look at your journal closer, there is probably something you didnt do...I feel dumb.
