hey, this is like the third place of posted this but,
I was wondering, is there Any Way to reset you skill tree before act three, some sort save edit tool or tutorial i could follow to do such a thing without having to wait so damn long? please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
(p.s. a mutagen reset mod/tool/guide would also be extremely helpful!)

It's been requested since day one, pretty much, but we have nothing like that yet. I doubt we'll see anything that allows us to reset anything, until we get a hold of the SDK and can properly grab the script used for the Operator quest. A program called Cheat Engine might allow some changes like this, and you can find a guide for it here. I've never tried it myself, so I don't know exactly what it allows you to do or not to do.
