Is there any benefit in holding onto all of my trophies in Witcher 2?

Like redeeming them for a cool reward later in the game or something?

Am running short of carrying capacity and could do with freeing up some space

So far, played through once, I think there was not one simple gain of them other than wearing one.

I took a while too to understand this.

There is a trophy slot in the inventory. You can equip a trophy and get stat bonuses for it.

Apart from this, I don't think the are of any use.

Yes...I have the slot...its similar to the hook in the first Witcher game.

Sounds like its safe to sell me some trophies and free some space.

trophies in TW2 doesn't work the same way as in TW1. they are only used to boost your stats.
