So it's done it again.
Can someone please talk to Cecil for me, and then save and return?

Don't know why, but I find it very difficult to initiate dialogue with other characters at times. This is the second case where I've found it impossible!!!

I have the same problem from time to time.
Cat potion, I don't know why, is the solution. So you got one cat potion less now.

I only hope that you are using a mod for character develpment, otherwise, the savegame is corrupted.
