ive already finished my chapter 2 .. n i wont mind loading a previous game where i found all the three items that i was suppose to find .. but there was nothing else to do there .. i searched the whole place .. i couldnt find any notice boards n ive seen some forums where people were talkin abt notice boards in vergen .. plz help ! n reply soon

There IS a notice board in Vergen.

If you open up the game guide and look at the Table of Contents, it'll list the side quests. Reading the guide will spoil a lot, but just looking at the Table of Contents will tell you what's there without going into spoilery detail.

By three items i believe you mean the dunn banner standard, sword of hatred (cant remember his name) and Yorhens spear. That means youve taken Roches path and not the Scoiatel. That means you dont have access to vergen. And the only place you can find noticeboards will be in henselts camp.

If you would replay the last part of chap 1 you could choose the scoiatel instead. And get another "chap 2" and get access to vergen but not being able to enter henselts camp.

im standing right infront of yarpen where i have to play dice poker with him n win the spear head .. could u plz tell me where i should i go from there to find the notice board .. ive searched every corner of that place n nothing !!

Read my post it means you dont have access to vergen becuse you choose Roches path and not the scoiatel

If you're on the Roche path, then no, you don't have access to the notice board. They wanted to keep you out of town entirely, remember? You only get the notice board if you're on Iorveth's path.
