No matter what I do, even when I force default to the headset. Sound only comes from my 2.1 speaker setup, no where else. Their a easy fix for this? Or am I gonna have to sit this one out till my neighbors move out?

I have a similar problem with my G35, but I have no sound at all. If I try to use may G35 with the correct drivers installed the entire game stays quiet - the sound works if I uninstall the logitech drivers but then no button on my headset works (not even volume control) and that's not a way I can play this game.

Is there any fix for this? I have no other audio option and that bugs the hell out of me right now...

I have the same problem, and I have been unable to work around it in any way.
I have tried to force stereo, 5.1 and 7.1, but to no awail.
