Is there any way to start this game over after finishing it with the same gear and level you had in the end?

Perhaps a mod could be made one day to do it, but I would think that it would need to increase the challenge, increase the stats on items to make it worth getting while leveling up. It would need to rebalance the whole game to accommodate new game +
