Been stuck on this side mission "The Walls have Ears" I'm told in the journal that the mystery still needs to be solved and that I should talk to people in Vergen. But I've talked to people in this area and cant seem to get anything further from people. Does anyone remember who they talked to and where exactly in Vergen?

I already went to Olcans house and got all the items I needed from here, the Journal updates that I need to talk to people in Vergen, but I talked to anybody I see in there and don't get anything new from anyone. What do I do here?

Notice at the end it says "He went to talk to Vergen's inhabitants" Who, I talked to everyone here I think. Is there someone specific I need to talk to?

Go back to the crowd at the palace. Talk to them again.
