I finished the quest, i found what i was supposed to find. I'm at the moment to talk to Zyvic to take my reward, but i can't find him. The quest marker when i click map is near the brothel, (but he is nowhere to be found there) but the quest marker in minimap tries to get me to the inn which is far south of the brothel camp but in the middle is the mist and i can't get there.

Am i doing something wrong? or is it a bug?

his tent is the first one to the right when you enter the main gate.

He will eventually show up outside the gates with the "lost lambs". If he's still not there after you've meditated (like 24 hours or whatever multiple to reach a full day and end during daylight), then you might be bugged.

I just went on with other quests and let him show up naturally.

well i went to his tent but he isn't there. Also i tried meditating for more than 24 hours and still he is nowhere to be found, neither in the fortress or near the brother camp. :(

I'm 99% certain it doesn't give you any xp anyways, and he showed up naturally later outside the gate as I was running around doing other quests. So, I wouldn't stress over it.

I found Zyvik near the tent where the blacksmith is (the assistant speaks funny, a bit Mexican-ish). HTH

I was also confused about Zyvik at first, but he seems to move around the camp and even seems to know how to teleport, because one moment he was at the gate, the next, at the quartermaster tent, then, at the inn, and then at the opposite side of the camp altogether, all before Geralt would run to the aforementioned places.

Therefore it may be that he's just teleporting around, and you've just not managed to catch up!

Checked there as well but nothing mate. Thanks for your help guys, i'll proceed on doing other quests then revial -)

I tried meditating a few times, to no avail.

He showed up at the gate when I progressed in "Blood Curse" to the point of "Talk to Dethmold about the Mist."
