Copied and pasted from the steam forums, figured i may get some more help here.

Since the new EE came out I'm having an issue continuing the main questline, that is to investigate what happened on the pier.

First I went outside and the cutscene showed the kayran being attacked by Sile, but when I go down to the area where everyone is standing, nothing happens, I can't even speak to her.

This is fairly annoying considering I can't progress the main game until this is resolved. It's possible this used to happen before the EE, but it's not happened to me before.

Anyone else having this issue?

So I just double checked an old save file which just happened to be in the same spot, but this time the first cutscene didn't even show, just the bell ringing over and over, I can't be the only one getting this issue, surely?
