I, personally, was referring to how Triss and Geralt just happened to come across that bush in the first place. In all the places of all the world, it was a few hundred yards out of Flotsam that contained Geralt's chance to regain his memory?

I felt a lot of the choices were reserved for the next game not like in TW1. One of the things I kinda missed a small stuff and seemingly unrelated stuff had consequences

Ah. Yes, that was convenient. Happily, though, CDPR doesn't let them actually use the thing the way they intend. I appreciate that little twist.

True, it's like we will only see what happens in the sequel / expansion.
