On the map, in front of the inn's entrance, there's a merchant icon, but no merchant in sight. Is this a bug?

Well, you can barter with the bartender, so maybe that's what's marked?

No no, the marker is outside the inn. It's about half centimeter from the inn marker on the map. There's nothing there though
