Hello
Do I have to dowland 'game goodies' before installation the game to they work properly or I can install game, play for some time and then dowland 'goodies'?

You can install and play the game without them.

Game goodies are just extras - like wallpapers, soundtracks, and manuals.

No, you absolutely don't need the 'goodies' (wallpapers, artbook, etc.) to play the game and yes, you can download them later any time.
