You can't. There are no alcohol items in 2. That is why alchemy needs only monster parts and herbs. You can get drunk, but without all the nice effects of 1 (blurred vision etc), if you have Iorveth arrested and to to town with Roche. Drink with Loredo and drink with Dandelion. You get sober soon again, though...
