I tried out the RedKIT (modding tool) but really it is not for me. How do you uninstall it?

I think it does not have an uninstaller yet, simply delete it.

Or you can make an adventure/mod instead. :)

You can't. It switches some files and currently there's no other way to uninstall it than just deleting whole W2 and reinstalling it.
