Namur: According to Witcher Wiki it's related to getting the merchant to pay both Geralt and Sile for the Kayran by using Axii on him, and the ability kicks in later on when Geralt gets paid, but i can't confirm it atm.
Do you have to use Axii to get him to double the amount? I'm pretty sure you can just talk him into that by pretending to walk away - would be a shame if good conversation choice yielded no benefit and the sign was a necessity.

SOmehow i feel the axii doesnt givve you the skill
I used that
didnt get the skill
I tried this multiple ways. I can confirm that you must use Axii to convince the merchant to double the reward, then you will get Haggler when you go back to collect after killing the Kayran.

You can feel it or you can confirm it by using it like I did! heh... only after you kill the Kayran and receive the reward you'll get the ability. Save your shopping till then! =P

dbnortheast: With the first save I imported, I ended up with about 250 thousand orens
You had that at the end of TW1, or the beginning of TW2? I started TW2 with an imported TW1 save game (had quite a bit in the save game) and was given something like 200 orens.

I'd like to know what you did. :P
