According to the wiki there's a sword diagram for The Head-Taker somewhere in the abandoned hospital in act 1, but I cannot find anything that looks remotely like a breakable wall now after I'd been through it for the quest, and I don't have a diagram for the Head-Taker in my inventory, so I'm wondering if this has been removed or something, or if I'm just blind?

Anyone able to tell me where it is? Picture of some kind would be best probably, but I'd accept directions.
