Hello, I've experienced no problems in this game until I finished Chapter 2. I know a lot of people on the internet have had this problem, but there hasn't been a legitimate fix. It occurs at the cut-scene where Dandelion is narrating about Geralt and Iorveth (I chose his path) and they are climbing mountains on their way to Loc Muinne. When the cut-scene is about to end at the map, the screen just freezes indefinitely.

I have tried re-installing the game with no luck. I've also tried deleting all the cutscenes, and it didn't work either. PLEASE HELP!
