It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Heya, I just started playing The Witcher 2 but I've been having some problem.

The first and most evasive problem currently preventing me from playing is the fact that there's no ground... at all. I see thru it, as if everything was standing in the air. The second one is the seldom apparition of polygonal artifacts of doom moving around.

My PC is pretty decent and runs recent games like Shogun total war 2 and Starcraft 2 without problem. I have 4go RAM, 4 core AMD 2.6ghz and runs with an ATI Radion x1950 pro.

I've updated my drivers, tried changing the graphic level (from everything low to highest I could), changed the resolution, windows to full screen etc nothing seems to work. Has this happened to anyone and is there a way to fix it ? Ty for reading.
Brother, you need an upgrade on that graphics card. You could barely run Witcher 1 on that.
Is it really that outdated ? I know it's not that new but when I bought it it costed a shit load of money and was pretty much top of the line at the time. There's no other way to solve the problem... ? If so, is there any ATI graphic card you would recommend ? (preferably not too expensive lol... )

Top of the line only lasts half a year at best, sorry.
I don't know what too expensive means to you but a HD6850 or HD6870 should do.
You can buy a HD5850 Xtreme for 149.99 on amazon.com

I currently have it and it runs TW2 perfectly at 60 FPS with V-Sync.
The problem you might have though is that your CPU will probably bottleneck it.
