So I haven't managed to get the dragging onto the .exe files for redtool working properly. My problem is cmd keeps crashing due to unhandled exception error, I noticed a few had this issue, and people have said running through admin works but I haven't found this is working.

That being said looking at some guides I found out how to manually unpack data0.dzip and the mod.dzip putting the unpacker into cmd then these other .dzips. Now my problem comes to not understanding how to combine these 2 folders and packing it back up. If I can get some help that would be fantastic!
