It's not in the patch notes, but the Harvester ability seems to be broken now. It used to make it so you could loot extra alchemy ingredients, and now it seems to do nothing.

I have the similar thing happening after patch 1.2. More precisely, Harvester still works as intended for herbs but no longer for monsters parts. Before the patch the skill was working for both.
