It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Do you have the last version of the downloader?

Hi Mooooo, this is a known problem with Internet Explorer. For some reason it can not pass long URL's.

Try a browser like firefox or opera and that should work.

1.Check if you have the new version of GOG Downloader
If not, uninstall old version and install new one.
2. If it still doesn't work, associate gogdownloader:// protocol with GOG Downloader application in your browser, for example:

Firefox: Options -> Applications
IE: Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Set Programs -.> Associate a file type or protocol with a specific program

For me it works fine in both, IE and Firefox.
You should also check if, maybe, the downloader is started but minimized.

Try a different browser.. Trust me its broken on IE. I worked with a mod of the forums we found the bonus materiel link for the downloader does not work in IE.

The game does.
Have you installed the installer? I actually made the same silly mistake. Didn't know you had to download the installer.

With Firefox you will find two listed options. Using the GOG downloader default option does not work. You have to select the second option with the arrow icon for it to work.
