Hello, I just started playing the game again on my new PC and some really weird bugs occurred that didn't happen on my old PC. For one, the side of Geralt's head, only where his hair is, sometimes starts to flicker, like his hair is moving around in a really weird way, it doesn't happen when the camera is close to his head, but when it's further back, or just normally playing, his hair will start to flicker. Another is in certain cutscenes (Like the cutscene in the tent with Triss) the edges of some things will flash, like the anti aliasing is going bonkers.

I'm playing on Max settings with Ubersampling off, and have tried turning it on to see if it helps a little bit. My rig is:

GTX 780 TI
i7 4770k
Asus Maximus VII Hero
G.Skill Ripjaws 1866mhz Ram
Windows 8.1 x64

Temps are normal, FPS is well above 60, drivers all up to date.

Is everything in the driver control panel set to default/application-controlled? Driver-forced settings have a tendency to play poorly with game graphics.

Yes, that was one of the first things I checked. I even tried forcing settings in it to try and fix it, and nothing helped. So it's set to default.

While the GTX 780 TI is a good GPU it comes with techniques to dynamically boost or slow down the GPU clock and voltage. The Witcher has always been prone to graphic glitches on overclocked GPUs. It could be that the variability of your GPU clock causes the problems. Try deactivating all boosting options in your graphics cards tools, this card should still be fast enough. Further try deactivating every 3D enhancement, like AntiAliasing etc. - in-game as well as in your graphics card control panel. If the glitch disappears, turn them on one after another to identify the troublemaker.

Yeah, I had wondered if that would be one of the problems with the game. Sadly I tried everything you recommended, I have a OC on my card and turned it back to stock, but makes no difference to the game. Turning it on completely low settings didn't even help either. The texture flickering is still there. And nothing is forced in the Nvidia Control Panel. I'm not sure how I can deactivate the boosting for my card though, as I never wondered to turn it off. How would I do that?
