So I just recently (re: about an hour ago) hit where I need to buy the formula for the Gladwell Potion, and the merchant that supposedly has it does not - even after an hour of meditating and leaving 'the area' (to the battlefield to let time pass) and while I've read merchants restock after a short time/every morning, this vendor seems to never have the formula.

... I'm stuck and don't know what to do.
