System Spec ;

Processor: Pentium (R) Dual-Core CPU E5400, 2.70GHz
RAM: 2GB DDR2
Graphic Card: NVDIA GeForce GT 220 1GB
Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 (Samsung SyncMaster 2333)

Help me find the correct perfomance tweak! I tried the auto detect button still not working, I only get max 12fps, also tried the Low Spec setting but not working. Anyone know?

You got a few answers in your thread in the General forum. Bottom line is, your graphics card isn't up to the game. Try running it at reduced resolution, like 1280x720. It might even manage medium settings at a reduced resolution.

cjrgreen is right, the resolution is the key. I personally played on an I3 3.1 with 4 GB RAM and a Radeon 5670 card and had to drop the resolution to 1280x720, however once I did I ran it on medium with a framerate around 35.
