Anyone solve the Phillipa's Chest runes while on Roche's side? (me, I gave up after the first 17 combinations- yes, I read the note, but it didn't make sense to me)

You can reach Phillipa's room while playing on Roche's side?

Hm, i reached the room but wasn't able to light the candles. Before or after grabbing the notes off her desk. Also you can't reach her anyway so i don't think it was meant to be.

Forget the candles, how did you reach her room, on Roche's side?

I wish I could tell you that, but the truth is, I stumbled in there looking for a way back into the sewer system. I had *planned* on seeing if there were any other loose ends, but that didn't work out.

just found out you can enter from market square (the door is open) and loot the chest for dragon scales and note , however candles not active i couldn`t light any
