I am using the GOG Downloader 0.9.0.1372 - apparently it's the latest version.

I started downloading the Witcher 2 a couple of days ago. So I just wanted to get rest done. But for a few hours it stays at around 9000MB. It downloads a couple of MB (I am downloading at 3000kb/s) and then it just goes back to 9000MB. And I can see two grey bars in the middle of the blue bar.

I also tried to remove it from the list and re-add it, then it went back to 7000MB and started the whole process again.

Did anyone else experience this? I read the FAQ and the support entries but did not find anything about this problem.

Try right clicking the downloader in the toolbar and manually closing it, then restart the downloader....

See if that helps.

It seems that after closing it, they were still processes running in the task manager. So I had to close those too, restarted it. Re-added Witcher 2 and now I got past 9500MB already. No more grey bars in the middle only at the end. Should be done in a couple of seconds.

Awesome, then you have a 15 minute wait while it combines the chunks and verifies them, then 20 mins for it to install, (thats about how long it took me.)
