I am trying to craft the Kayran Armor and it won't show up in my inventory. I have all of the ingredients and when I craft the item my inventory weight increases, but I can't find it anywhere. Another user had this problem and solved it by removing his chest armor but that doesn't work for me. Any ideas?

Edit: Well I accidentally saved after I crafted the item (I now know that Witcher 2 quicksaves, unlike in the first game, overwrite). So now my ingredients are gone, my inventory is forever encumbered, and I have no armor. Unless someone knows how to make it magically appear now I'm screwed. There should be a developer's console for situations like this.

Try loading last saved game and crafting it again. This time try other NPC.
