Sorry but I doubt it.

At least in version 2.0 I experienced the following:

I have a laptop with the GT520M and Intel Core i3 at 2,9 clock, and the game runs at most at 24 - 30 FPS with the lowest graphic settings. Oh, and in 800x600, as the framerate dies in 1280x720 with any settings, so basically you'd have to play it either letterboxed or stretched, as the game doesn't allow you to set aspect ratio independent of resolution.

I must say I have not tested Enhanced Edition yet, though, but if the comments in this forum are any indication, there haven't been great improvements performance-wise.
The minimum requirement is a 8800GT. The GTX325 has less than half the speed of a 8800GT, so you're way below the minimum requirements. You can probably run it and play it, but performance will be abysmal.
Just to add my two cents, I have a laptop that has an i5 and Geforce 540m and I barely get 30fps on minimum settings and I get around 45 on Skyrim in med-high settings so I doubt it will work
