I have the head of the female troll, 5x essence of death, 6x endraga embryo, eyes of the arachas but the quest indicator says that I have the 3/4 of the ingredients. Am I missing something or is it bugged?

You also need a "Troll's Tongue".
I haven't been able to find the Aracha Eyes either.
The only troll I found, I ended up not killing.

I also did not kill troll at first but when I realized that i needed trolls tongue and he was the only troll around I went back and I said "I change my mind: Die now!" and i took his tongue by force lol

I thought the head of the troll was enough. I'm not gonna kill that guy for a necklace.

You fight an arachid in the main plot of the chapter 1.

Well it's not endraga embryo, but endraga fetus (which might not be the same thing) . Needless to say i've not found any "fetusses"
nor the eyes of arachas (and this is the bug i believe)

So i think there is some bug. Firstly when you fight the only arachas in the chapter, you get no chance to loot it! It will cut away to a cutscene and you will be at a different place. When i returned there was no arachas body to loot!

There is another way to get a troll tongue , hint : the troll had a wive...remember?



Regardless, the fact that i couldn't loot the arachas = BUG . If Fetus = Embryo = another BUG .

You recieve a troll's tongue along with the female head. However it's also an alchemic ingredient, so you might have used it up by accident when creating a potion or bomb. The only other I know of is indeed in the bridge-troll's mouth.

You are correct I was missing the fetus.

You can loot the arachas that's where I've found the eye. When Iorveth talks to you telling "let's go" there is an option saying that I'm not ready or something like that. Than you can roam freely and loot the arachas.

Were you able to solve the problem? Got the same, all the ingredients, but the troll tongue don't wanna change into a quest item...

Daniersa: Were you able to solve the problem? Got the same, all the ingredients, but the troll tongue don't wanna change into a quest item...
If you don't have the troll tongue from the female head, you can buy it. Think it's available from Anaszka and Cedric, possibly more, probably as a backup.
