Anybody figured out what to do about those stones that activate your medallion. Also anybody got the key to the chest there?

The key can be found after you activate Baltimore's Dream quest by watching the dream in the harpy queen's lair. It's possible that this can only be activated when choosing Iorveth's side, as those dreams are related to a quest only available there (saving Saskia). The key can be found in the old workshop of Baltimore, behind a breakable wall, where you also find a map in the form of a poem that points you to the chest and his secret rune cache. That chest you found has the key to the actual cache.

well you get a quest where you find a dream stone, you then have to go and find some more and one of them gives you another quest, the chest is the first part of a follow the clues trail.

Sorry, i thought you were asking if it's about the Harpy Contract Quest. You need a magical artifact for some other quest and you will wander around. when you are about the old quarry, you will take the Baltimore's Dream quest. You will learn what's all about the chest and stones then.

Yep pretty sure that`s the case, think I`ve done pretty much all you can do on Roche side in act two and never got the option to do anything like that.
