should I download both tru gog.downloader or just the ee??

You don't need to download the bonus content pack to install the game but if you want to download the extras listed on your shelf too (soundtrack, artworks, manual, etc), yeah, you can download the bonus content pack through the downloader and you'll get all the extras at once.
