Has anyone else experienced a weird blurring/ghosting issue right when you begin in the first large camp area of the game with all the tents? It was smooth sailing for me in the tutorial & arena but now I don't know what I can do to stop the awful blurry ghosting. I'm still getting 90+fps in this area and I have a 144hz G-SYNC monitor but I just don't get how when I suddenly hit this area things just became awful.

Any tips/advice are appreciated. I can link my full PC build specs if needed but my GPU is an Nvidia EVGA RTX 2060 Super and I'm running the latest update of Windows 10 as of March 2020
