When the grass appears in game it starts to blink red and blue textures, and some objects in the distance also blink red and blue.

I didn't have this problem even 15 minutes before it happened.

I had The Witcher 2 installed with the Full Combat Rebalance mod. Decided I didn't like that mod and uninstalled it. Found out that even though I uninstalled the mod it still had lingering effects in the game despite starting a new game. So I uninstalled The Witcher 2 and then reinstalled it. Now I am seeing blinking Red and Blue textures in grass and some other objects in the distance. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game does not work.

I am not using any mods at all.
