At one point in Chapter 1, Geralt comes across two guys near the forge of Berthold Candeleria. Btw, their names can change if you Save before talking to them and Load the Save afterwards.

Anyway, they want Geralt to participate in an alchemical experiment. I've refused and in which case, they won't talk to you again. I've also accepted - and here is the point of this Post - nothing seems to happen. Anyone know what's up with this encounter?

Thx for that, BiggusD1. Got no message that I received anything and already have a bunch of 'mutes', so it's hard to tell what I've received. I'll re-load, check what I have before accepting and go from there.
