So got witcher for free see witcher 2 is on sale but was wondering if I waited and got the enhanced edition of witcher 2 on steam would I beable to use the witcher backup site and be able to get a gog version of witcher 2 I see gog version got lots of goodies but no achievments like steam but steam I do not think has all the goodies that gog version offers

All you need to get your free GOG version is the serial key that comes when you buy the game. So, if Steam provides a serial then yes, but if it does not then no.
