Just do another main quest (marked with a shield icon in your quest list), there's nothing else you can do about Walls Have Ears. Your savegame is fine.

Hello, i am also having problems in the Kayran battle. Nothing i do seems to work to get me past the tentacle grabing part. Can someone help me out with this? Thanks

You do realize that you don't have a silver sword, right? That's going to be a bit of a problem later on, probably. Just a heads-up.

Thanks for the warning but I'm still missing one silver ore to make it..

Domani-- Chapter 1? If you need silver ore then the merchants will sell them- try the dwarf sword guy in town. He restocks every 24 hours too- they all do for the whole game. Alternatively, there are some underground caves that have a few laying around- press z to highlight the items that can be picked up. Hope that helps a little.

I think you shuold be able to get one piece more from the blacksmith in Flotsam. If not possible, try the cave you visit during Malena's quest -if you don't have it take a look around Lobinden-. I think there are a lot of pieces of both iron and silver ore to be found in that cave.

Not off the top of my head. I haven't actually played in awhile, sorry. I just help out with the Kayran because I'm a good-karma glutton.

When you patch to 1.2 you get the mysterious merchant DLC, and there should be a merchant across from where you get the reward for the Kayran... that guy might sell a silver sword, but I'm not sure on that.

Confirmed- the silver sword from the Mysterious merchant is 267 orens
the dwarven blacksmith sells silver ore forgot to look at the price, but mine had five available.
