anyone else have the issue where attempting to cycle through the options on the character/attributes screen makes the cursor cycle through all 3 at a massive rate and its almost impossible to get it to the one you want?

(im talking about the screen where you can see your damage output + 3 icons at right side that shift between showing what perks/traits you have like 'intimidation')
