Well, they fixed MOST of the key binding issues, but still 2 remain: Delete and Enter cannot be bound.
:(

Havent played much else since trying to rebind everything.
Guess will have to wait for patch 1.3 for them to finally get it right.

That will be my second playthrough anyway.

Slightly off topic but.. why on earth would you want to bind Delete and Enter to anything in this game?

There are hundreds of better key combos...

Okay, so forgive me if I'm doing anything wrong, but I just installed the 1.2 patch and mapped out my key bindings to my numpad, however, it STILL will not work in the game. Has anyone else been having the same problem occur for them, as well? If so, what's the work-around?

Also, I have even begun a completely new game thinking that it was my old save game that was preventing the numpad bindings from working correctly, but I found that that is also not the case, as is still refuses to work...

Did you reboot the machine after applying the patch?
That is standard protocol for patches (any patches, not just games).

NumPad works fine for me, except for Enter.

Yes, I actually installed the latest catalyst drivers shortly afterward and reboot. Still no change. I went into the user.ini file located in My Documents/Witcher 2 folder as well, and all of the controls are listed correctly... so I'm just baffled at this point.

No that's fine, but as I said, no it is not. I tried hitting it in the game and it made no difference whatsoever.

Personally i have a problem with "enter" key, 'cause my laptop has a numpad but either the enter key are mapped as Enter (Tn) , where "Tn" stands for "numeric pad" in italian, so the game don't recognize it. It's a minor issue, but if it could be done, it'll be better!
